FOR KIDS, TEENS, AND ADULTS
On December 1st, Peak Physique launches its comprehensive winter programs for fitness enthusiasts of all ages.
Winter 2012 Programs:
KIDS/TEEN Program: We help Kids and teens between the ages of 9 and 21 improve their athleticism, strength, conditioning, power, speed, agility and quickness. Have your kid/teen gain the competitive edge of working with one of our sport specific specialists.
BOOT CAMP: An intensified 4 week one-on-one program combining diversified workouts, nutrition and massage to get you in the best shape possible. 511 participants have gone through out program in 6 years with great results. 20 pound weight loss, 12 inches dropped and 8% body fat.
PERSONAL TRAINING: Let Dominic design a program, choose the right trainer/s to execute utilizing 10,000 square feet of space and equipment
